Is it possible to get a high power passive crossover made? I'm looking to have two crossovers made for drivers I want to put in some 2-way speaker cabs.

Have you looked at the ones Blue Aran do? They also offer custom designs.. might be worth a look?

Define high power.
We have some passive boxes that can take up to 2000W that have passive crossovers inside.
Just be sure to properly size the coils and resistors.

I have a QSC RMX 1850HD and I'm wanting to bridge it into 4ohms and bridge it into the two speaker cabs. The 1850HD outputs 1,800 watts continuous into the 4 ohm load. The drivers I think I'm gonna use are the RCF MB12N405 and RCF ND850.

It's very difficult to design a crossover without an assembled cabinet or at least a representative test box with the drivers and horn flare (very important) to measure.  Anything else is going to be an educated guess.

I can do crossover (and cab) designs but for it to be significantly better than a generic one off the shelf, I'd need the drivers on hand.

What kind of price would you charge for it?

Probably best not to do business on an open forum.  As you have <10 posts, you don't have access to the private messenger yet.  Drop me an email chris(at)chaudio.co.uk and we can discuss.
