hi what DSP settings do you use for the 1850 bins?

i have 8 x 1850 bins with void v18-1000. i stack 4 on each side. above them is a x-tro.

what kind of settings would you suggest? HPF and LPF.

or just post your favourite settings: frequencies, filters, EQ's, delays ...

What delays do you use...

i use 3 delays for the tops, cause xtro is a 3-way speaker:

xtro bass: 1045mm (length of the 1850 horn 1600mm - length of the x-tros' bass section horn 555mm )
xtro mid: 1550 mm (i have a modified mid section, compared to the original plan)
xtro high: 1500mm

Sounds about right. I don't know the length of the xtro horn sections but you have delayed it correctly providing the lengths are right.

Usually something like:
45Hz 24db Butterworth
165Hz 24db Linkwitz-Riley

Usually just some reflex above it so I delay those by about 1.6m. Sometimes I add a 3db gain around 75-80Hz. All depends on the set-up at the time but usually I dont have any dedicated kick bass so I usually run the 1850's up to about 150-170Hz. I find they're OK under 180ish but do start to honk around there. Sometimes with hd15's I cut them off about 120-130.
Matrix XP3000H, Thomann TA1050, Peavey CS1400, QSC RMX1450
2 x Eminence Kappa and PSD2002 loaded x15's
2 x SN-15MB and BM-D450 loaded X15's
2 x V18-1000 loaded 1850's
Behringer DCX2496
