by reckoning they're about 2.5db louder than the 1850 at full tilt (not tested that theory but lower power compression and higher power handling seems about right.)
Which is no small achievement, basically 4 cabs 1851 loaded should be as loud as 6 1850 loaded. *dons flack jacket in preparation for an error in my calculations. |

 we put a 1851 in a 1850 folded horn on thursday night. OMFG completely destroyed the old 1850.Taking 8x 1851's out next saturday all loaded in 1850 folded horns.  |
