Hi. I have come across a 18 sound 15nmb420. Does anyone think it would be possible to put it in a horn? Or anybody have another ideas for a sub? Yes I know it is a mid bass but..

It's very much designed for bass-mid applications. I wouldn't expect it to survive long in a horn or sub. Would probably work well with a 1.4" compression driver as some kind of stage or DJ monitor.

We use those coupled with the NSD1480N as a br midtop tuned to ~58Hz...very versatile and good sounding for a multi purpose top :) |

Nice. That’s a good idea. Do you have any pictures? do you want to share the drawings and the project?
Actually I get this really really cheap so that’s a damn good idea for new bigger tops. I mostly use my old prostax v2
