We contacted through general support. Hard to get an order placed directly to PD, being from Europe (norway). Normally all such orders must go through Thomann, as they are their European distributor.

We will give this a shot. Would be great.

I have just ab tested the 2n with the 52 and these were my findings
the 2n when running at low levels was very musical and tuneful in both upper and lower bass , when plugging the 52 in changing 0 gain I was like, oh no i going to have to spend more money as the 52 was down on output and not really doing a lot , as we turn up the volume and change variety of music  the 2n is playing some notes and is so easy to drive compared to a 52 and pleasant on the ear  , I then played some very low freq dub music and drum and bass , when  plugging the the 52 back in now  the whole place starts shaking , when plugging  the 2n back in there are 2 notes that just do not play at all with the same authority what so ever , we at very high volume now, the 52 is really dropping some sub , the 2n is not!!! and starts acting very uncomfortable indeed!!!!, esp the cone, to touch also the cone is thinner on the 2n and also the BL is lower, this showed at high power , for ref i was using  Itech crown 8000 35 to 75hz no clipping but as loud as you can go without clipping, no dsp used on amp but clip limiters on and meters set to rms setting not peak where it red lights almost immediately, with 1 driver per channel  and just a little +4 db at 45hz on a narrow Q , not that scientific but enough to know they are not for me . also know 2 sounds who have gone over to them and popped a couple :(the 2n is good and easy to run and tuneful the 52 slaughters it 45 down, if i was to want some double 18 short bandpass horns etc the 2n or indeed 1n i would imagine would sound great as they are fast sounding  and so so easy to drive  Smile also prices down atm with pd so good deals about, if you want a 18inch neo i can say the sw115 b&c is just silly but limited to cabs  as the driver depth is much more than the pd offerings also 18 sound nlw9601 but i haven't used these my self Nuke

Also may be worth noting the 52s only been used couple times from new so cones still stiff. If the 1845 has been used alot it may be looser and easier to drive in that respect perhaps

Physical comparison of drivers, with real amp power and music, always trumps opinions based purely on paper specs.

When you have been doing this for decades, "then" you can recognise which modern drivers resemble older drivers, but have progressed.

Just as I said it would...

Have learned to ignore comments from cerain people here, as I know they haven't taken the time test drivers in reality, playing the sub heavy content, Reggae Dudes do.
