faulty amp

   got a amptek 2.0 and it usualy runs bass duty on 4 scoops but tonight i had my ta2400 ( usual used for top duty) out on hire, so i had to use my amptec. it was running 2 cerwin vega cabs at 8r and had more than enuf head room, then out of no where it just went into protect mode and reset its self???? i have no idea why and the amp was running cold all night so its not a overheating problem.

anyone got any ideas what it may be? need to sort it before it happens again.
