talk to the guys at total fabrications up in the midlands they do some good courses...
I did there two days course and found it quite helpful on the legality aspect and do's and donts...

Yep, Total fabrications are a good company to speak to.
Speak to some of the team at Milos, Litestructures, Prolyte etc. These should all be able to assist you in pointing you to the best places to learn.
