i used these years ago on Barn doors (horn extensions) and what you also have to do is put speaker grill foam between the door and the the cab to stop vibrations.
another aternative is heavy duty ratchet straps, just shorten them and add a couple of rings (cab and door) to attach your hooks to. Edited by mykey - 26 June 2006 at 12:57am |

1metre extension with DOUBLE the 1850 mouth area at big end.
eg 4000cm- > 8000cm
3minute approximation of 1850 =
Your looking at +6dB or so near flare cutoff with one horn in 2pi + extender.

Its no big deal. A flare extension for the labhorn would be much the
same - double the area in a metre or 1.5metres path length. Ofcourse id
brace it heavily(unequally) as the dimensions are getting pretty big
and you dont want some added 120hz peaky panel wobble :P

look people. i know u said u gave me the plans. but i aint too sharp . i know im asking for alot here but can u give me proper dimensions. i am just a builder for a crew. please if someone wud take the time to make some and perhaps forward to the im mail service on here it would be mostly apreciated
