eny one know were i can get plans for the punisher horn carnt find these plans eny were other than on freespeaker plans n carnt download the plans of there for some reasion

Nope. v3 has the same internals as the v2. It just looks a bit different on the outside. More skinds and more ply to make it "tour grade".
