I've seen this on eBay, would I end up having to buy lots of output transistors to find enough matching ones for MC1250's? (Are they selected 240V ones?) Assuming that's the fault!

ON Semi ship their MJL... versions already rated 260V, assuming that's the problem.
They're quite complicated amps though, could be anything. |

I've had a few MC2 amps repaired by Lewis, as he's nearby, but that was years ago. Would an E series amp be as good as the old MC series?
