This. Even short horns like a HD15 don’t sound right above 150Hz to my ears, so you’re still going to need good speakers on top. |

I recently had a chance to have some hd's on top of my 1850 horns and I thought it sounded much better. Lets the horns concentrate on lower bass and lets the hds concentrate on kick. Tempted to get my own pair.
