You mean a ported horn?

Or do you mean a Hd15 with a reflex sub attached to it?

If the latter that was someone on the forum who had an idea about combining the two

yes is a ported horn (I did not know the name )
they seem to be more extended low frequency compared to the hd15
do you know if it is possible to adapt some hd15 to this design?

I finally got around to testing it in Hornresp.
But size of the rear chamber is just to small to add a port to, the response looks really bad.
So my suggestion would be to go with an existing design for hybrid horns.
Marc O has designed som good ones that may suit your needs.

Adding port you choose "tools->chamber->rear vented."
Then just go to loudspeaker wizard and choose response and combined.
Then go to the chamber dropdown tab and modify port size and length to suit you needs.

Good luck.

PavelP: Not if you want hybrid horns, MHB-46 is a good example.
But there are more alternatives out there.

The ones you mentioned are just banpasshorns.
