CREST 5850 series

   Can anyone tell me why crest 5850,7001,7120 models drop the fuse 2 or 3 times before they finally turn on?this happens wether we give them 16A or 32A power always in 230-240v.
also noticed that the only possible way to turn them on whithout dropping the fuse  is try to press the switch very slowly..
We re talking about 12 units and to many diffrent places with diffrent power distributors
Any help would be very very apreciated..
