HEELLPP!!! Void Digidrive v2

   Hi All!

Have had a Void Digidrive V2 running firmware 3.4.2 out on hire at some point last year and it has come back with an unknown passcode :-(. Does anyone know of a hard reset or a way of getting around it? We've got it to connect to Void DSP control software on the PC but it (as expected) wont let us access anything because of user permissions.....

	Press "GAIN POL and SYS" during power on and it should reset the password.

	Ah ok, you have the later unit which wasn't an Xilica. You have to reflash the firmware from the control software, you will loose the presets though.

	Try entering the password as: Factory Using the front panel. It’s been many years since I had to do this, so it might need to be all lowercase, all caps, or sentence case like written - or it might be wrong altogether - but that should let you access the unit as a hidden, higher level user than the normal one. You should be able to change the password there without losing settings.
