X15 parts (lack of availability)

   HI all
Iv had the my friends speakers in my house/pub which were X15's, they worked great for the events we did which was lots of gigs and beautiful auditory experiences.  now he has taken them back and im bent on building them. However having followed all the X15 chat on this forum about what parts to get  i cant seem to  find any place that has them in stock on the net or the UK (east london even better)  that matter , from the top to the bottom. 

If anyone could give advice that would be sweet, because i thought that the parts one got for these speakers were fairly specific, not just any old 15"s ect ... 
Im very new to this, all i know is that i want to build them and for them to sound great.
