So i have 5 Amcrons ranging from MA601 to MA2401, I have just repaired one of my trusted 601s that had a broken track on the main PCB, i saw another post where some guy had changed the LED's on the front panel...

1st IOC LED

Normally the green IOC/Signal led comes on with the signal input and has a bright function when the IP vs OP is different...this had been changed to be a Green/Red bicolor LED so the green is normal and the RED comes on with IOC i guess making an orange colour

2nd ODEP LED

These are normally RED which in any other system are power on or and issue, these could be changed to BLUE, as a fully lit LED is OK and has Reserve left.

3rd Fan

Standard fans are 5 bladed types, I've ordered 4 blade versions, which should make them quieter according to the description, since these are now installed in a home cinema system the sound vs cooling is a trade off

4th Remote On/Off

The front display schema and circuit board has a section listed as remote control, these components have been omitted on the models i have, but I'm assuming by fitting these and providing a connection the remote on/off could be established..

Note: this just shuts the power supplies down while leaving the amp running...not quite stand by

I've changed the LEDs on the front panel on 2 of my MA601s I also changed R514/R614 on the front display board to reduce the ODEP LED's down a bit from 10 ohms to 560 ohms (this just depends on the requirements for each LED manuf)
