Would think of all Chinese amps, SAE is most proven for reliability.

Until just recently when they started to use cheap components and the main engineer left.

True.

Just thought SAE was quality rebrand of Soundstandard, and more trustworthy.

lev sound standard was a cheaper brand under the sae umbrella. Sae have stopped all there other brands so sound standard is no more. the pxm was the flagship transformer amp up until they discontinued it.

As pointed out correct there head of rnd has left due to differences in manufacturing. i.e. sae have down graded components in there current range. Hence why I stopped bringing stock in.

But don't worry new models will be in uk mid jan. to full uk spec. with quality components.

I have a new transformer range, light weights and 4 channels..

(you heard it first hear.....)

Don’t you just love it when people think they are always right.

I know of at least one of these in the UK now and they are on sale in Germany with good feedback.
