   the RCF and B&C websites have plans for 15" reflex boxes which are pretty similar. If they are not the drivers you want to use, there's no reason you can't tweak the design in winisd. 

HD15s are entirely your decision, but you will need more speakers to go above them (HD15s only run on to about 160-180 before they sound odd). mt121s or x12s maybe, which means more money.
