It's designed to fit the X-Tro, so you should be able to get the dimensions from the X-Tro drawing.

dimensions vary: 

height between 249-254mm
width between 468 -469mm
depth approx 400mm, but will change when driver is in. 

so make the top bit of the xtro 4 or 5mm higher and remember to put something into the top of the 15" chamber to account for the change in volume. although it is minimal, and prob wont make much difference.

Bitzo how long do you think it will take you to make 2 pcs, assuming thats all you want ,moulding ,sanding and all, think about it , maybe you have much time in your hands , I´d rather work and pay for them , thats just me Ermm
