   while i'm at it, i thought i might just chuck in my 2-penny worth about
the curve thing. we decided to pre-laminate the curves. we used 4 x 4mm
sheets and made a jig out of offcuts of mdf, and clamped the laminate
in with about 10 g-type clamps ( dead cheap at lidl or aldi) and a few
sash clamps. we put one in every day after work and we had 12 perfect
curves before we even started building the boxes. we made them all
about 20mm too long and trimmed them with a jigsaw.

 i have got some pics of the jig if anyone is interested

	thats an old fashioned way of doing it, too time consuming but still good
