Nah mate! Shortman is - I learn from him.  Common sense goes a long way & helps a lot when involved with building cabs. Also from advice & ideas from many of the guys on here.

It should look something like...

img505/4826/shortmansminiscoopturboge6.jpg

(a bit dusty though)

Roy @ RMJ advised me to use the gasket & the 8 outer driver holes for secure fixing, which I'm to do with the full scoop.

I got to say it sounds like Iration Steppas now. LOL

I still can't decide on my own between this or the V18-1200 in Shorties Full scoops - To me they are that close in sound.

So planning a small check one day for other peoples judgement.

why is the 18 off center?????
its good to put drivers off center in a rectanguler or square reflex or sealed box but bad idea in a scoopWink

In pursuit of perfection... Not far to go now...Confused are you sure?

I can come and show you how?

Is that what you say to all your ladyboys mykey?
It's a prototype, don't get all riled, if he wants to put the brace on he will.

Quick question, Heathrow are you or anyone else going to do one with a baffle specifically for the turbomax? It needs its own cutout as levyte had problems with it on his test and shormans minis needed the cutout adjusting.

Just a thought.
BAD advice, NO! what you do is you do it properly first so that when you test it its perfect

you don't really want to stand there and listen to a vibrating lid do you?? if you think that way then good luck to ya

do it properly from the out take

something ELSE you have learn't today my friendClap

HBL did I read somewhere that you tried the hog with a Celestion FTR driver? I would prefer to go with the V1000's but using the FTR's could save me about £300.
