any one know what the OEM is ?

looks like a PHL too me, same as the nexo PS15

Motor, Terminals mountings and dust-cap all look PHL to me, never scene a PD with a dust cap like that.

Phl 6030 had a few of them, lovely drivers.

Edit, says 630 on the back.

LMC can still get hold of the DLS630, its got a 12 weeks lead time on it though and its not cheap!
