Yes i have the X401 driver. So 6mm is okay instead of 6,5mm?

And by the way, my wood is multiplex 1.8mm

The extra 0.5mm in the holes in the basket is for clearance else the screws wouldn’t fit.

I think you mean 18mm plywood?

Yes 18mm (1.8cm Is what i mean).
Should I pay attention to something when i mount the driver into the scoop?

If you’re talking about how to bolt it down, etc:

Get some penny washers and a spare M6 bolt to pull the t-nuts into the wood instead of hammering them in.

Get some 3x12mm wood screws to put in the tangs on the tnuts to then lock them in

When you go to bolt the driver in, do it like a car wheel, go round in a star pattern tightening them a little bit at a time to avoid warping the driver basket
