anyone got any info cant find jack shite on the internet just want to know is it 1200 each side @ 4ohm or 8ohm

Well it's not going to be 8ohm is it? If it was then they would call it the Intimidation 4800 (or whatever the 4ohm rating was).
Unless it's only stable to 8ohm which is basically unheard of. I wouldn't even count on it being 1200w per channel at 4ohm. It might be 1000 or 1100w. Manufacturers sometimes like to stick a little extra on the model number, even if the spec sheet contradicts it. If you can't find any info on it there's an outside chance that it's 2ohm stable, perhaps not long term at full output but enough for them to put it on the sticker.

it wont be 8 ohm probably 1200 @ 2ohm it wont last tho

The 2400 could also, possibly, stand for 2x400, like the old QSC rmx amps.
Whatever the rating, Intimidation isnt the best brand so I wouldnt expect it to be great.... If your just running a 400w driver each side, Im sure it will make noise, and be loud enough... |

If it'a a berry clone (ep2500) it may only do 300wpc (or a little less) at 8ohm which isn't ideal for 400w drivers.
