cheers the eminence drivers come up slightly smaller than the previous...

Used the word hexagon but clearly more sides than a hexagon, im just shocking at naming shapes

the hole is so big that the driver won't seal against it? could you just put a wrap of gasket tape around it?

a bit bigger than that the holes on the top of the driver say hit the ply nice then at the bottom completly miss the ply by 10 or 20 mm

20mm seems a lot.
I had Hds with both eminence and PD in one time or another, never had this issue.
You sure the holes been cut right in the baffle?
