I currently own one of the above amps, which has not been serviced since October 2013, when it was up-graded by Fuzion( with new FET's, and a stabilizer kit fitted ) and serviced at the same time. This amp has not been used regularly since then, and appears to be working normally as far as I can tell.
However, it would probably be a good idea to at least take the cover off and blow-out any dirt, while also checking for anything fried or blown. I believe that removing the cover to be able to do so, is quite involved, as the base is the cover, rather than the top panel as on most other amps. The amp is 12 years old, bought from new by me ( it was on special offer at the time ). Anyone have experience of this amp, and the procedure proposed, please ? |
