So, it looks like 99% of 16A MCBs come in din-rail mount packaging. I want to knock together a distro and need the breaker to panel/flush mount on the front panel of the distro and am a bit vexed as to how to achieve that - most of the distros I've seen have two screws above and below the breaker suggesting there's some sort of bracket out there that enables mounting?

You can buy DIN rail. Either Top Hat, or G profile, and either deep or not. Extra variable of slotted to save drilling, or plain.
for example: http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/din-rails/6485738/ Cheap, and simple. Cuts with hacksaw, and easy to work with and on. Either attach it to a sub panel, or space it from the MCB window with bolts to form a stand-off.
