Hi
recently started building a rig and have completed 2 HD15s but am unsure as to what scoops, top and other kick section I should build. I'm thinking of having 3 hogs and two 186 horns. Has anyone got a similar and set up or knows if this would be a good combination? unsure on tops as well. cheers

You really don't need another kick section. Hogs and HD's will be fine. Lots of options available for tops. Sometimes it's good to go for a used commercial cabinet to begin with. You can get some really excellent stuff for DIY budget. MT102/MT122 (or halves) is a classic option for a horn loaded rig, but a 2x12" sealed box design + CD/horn tweeter would also do well with this setup.

Only thing I would add to what Hemisphere said is that, if you don't know this already, your horns need to be above head height. This matters more than your choice of drivers.
