Hi all just have some MT12" made with out the 1" comp part and was wondering what would be the best drivers i have read all the forum pages but what im looking fore is some one that has used the Paudio SN 12"MB 600w Neo Driver as i understand that this replaced the sn 12"b 300w so dos it perform the same i personsly like the idia of it beeing doble the power as then thay wont get pused so hard Any info on this is welcom thank you in advance |

mate keep those new p-audio drivers away from mid-range horns, they've totally changed, they're all reflex drivers now.
a driver that suits your needs will typically have very low Qts factor, i.e > 0.22 take a look at the different parameters between the SN12MB and the older SN12B, they're actually quite different drivers; SN12MB - THIELE/SMALL PARAMETERS Resonance Frequency Fs 62 Hz DC. Hi Keen thank you fore your input I hadn't really looked at the small parameters so thank you and here goes the next question I have been looking at the recommended drivers and maching the small parameters and the ones that seam more suited to the mt12 is B&C 12NDL76 but I also like the Fane Colossus 12MB and as I already run Fane in my sub and kik section was wondering wich would be better thanks again in advance for any info on this subject P's please do not recommend the Pd's as I don't like the clinical sound of pd

12ndl76 should work, 12mi100 aswell, 12mb not really..

Hi cravings I just don't really like pd it's just personal opinion have never herd mt12 with pd but I do know that the mt12 was designed around P audio sn-12b or c 12mb but thanks for your input and ill keep it in mind you say pd 123er
