For techno/house etc (we are playing that too!), indoors, go for proper reflex as has been told.
You might be happy with RCF esw1018 style cab, loaded by RCF LF18G401 or 18sound 18LW2400.  Even single cab goes quite loud with proper amp (at least 1kWrms / sub). Very loud and punchy around 45Hz and up!

I have one, as well as some bandpass designs, hog soops and so on.
For outdoor parties, i always prefer my hogs.

You didn’t seem to read my latest post? We already have a double reflex loaded with 18TLW3000. Whereabouts are you based?

Sry, I missed that nick name and was thinking it was someone others post (early morning, no coffee yet..) :D
That is one nice looking stack and should do the job well, doesn't it?

Anyway, esw1018 is a good compromise beetween sub/kick. As a single/one-way cab solution for bass, it is great really. Kicky and does low enough.
