You can always use those Double 12 bins for something else in the near future. They may come in handy for handy for a small event (House Party) in which, you can just stick a compression driver on top. 

Don't forget to make the horn's mouth wide enough to attain a broad coverage.

Looks about what was expected from the SPL graphs, -3dB roll off somewhere about 150-200Hz. Did the job for one gig right! You've got a good reference to compare against with a horn now too.

If you have the kit/time (easy/quick!) an impedance plot of the boxes would be of interest to see where the tunings ended up. Even better if you could do one with ports blocked and ports open.
