I no these are seen as throw away junk but I've come across one hiding amongst a load of other stuff in the back of the unit. I'm no electronics engineer but would like to learn about the basics of fault finding and repairs of power amplifiers and it seems a shame to throw away this amplifier as externally it looks brand new and they seem very hard to find nowadays in such physical condition. Now if anyone wants to contribute to this thread it would be highly appreciated, now a little more about the amplifier when powered on channel a clip  and fault led illuminated Ch b lit up like a Christmas tree all signal LEDs lit and fault and clip LEDs illuminated. Popped the lid off no exploded components, two glass fuses per channel one runs parallel with the bottom output devices and one for the top both top fuses have gone but both bottom fuses are intact. Am I correct that the top fuse supply's the top output devices and that one or more of these have gone? Bottom output devices should be okay? If no obvious damage of failed components will I get away with replacing the output devices on said faulty channels?
