    Posted: 06 October 2018 at 3:54pm
Hi setting up two es18s off a proline and for whatever reason channel Aisn't working. Running into usb decks to a DP24 then into the proline but can't for the life of me figure out why channel a isnt working. Both cabs work on B! If anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it it would be massively appreciated.

Have you swapped the input connectors over? Checked any switches on the back?

Have checked switches on back and everything looks good , i initially had it plugged into the B input but then swapped it to the A input and now only channel A is working.

No, it's on stereo. Should it be on parallel ? Each box only has one connector at the moment.

paralell means the signal you input to channel A will also come out on channel b.

so to run four off the amp you'd connect a second connector to each cab and connect them up ?

bit lost here.. do you want the single input to go to both output channels? or is that you had both boxes connected to channel a and input to channel a, then swapped to input b and both speakers connected to channel b outputs?

Sounds like a problem with your cables, if the amp is working in parralel  modeits unlikely there is anything major wrong with the amplifier

yeah to run 4 es18 you'd link from one cab to another with a speakon cable (2 cabs on each channel)
