Driver for 12" Reflex

Hi all,
I currently run a small sound consisting of 2 Hogs, a HD215 kick section and a set of 12" mid/tops/tweeters.
I am finding that due to the low stack height, the mids are almost right in your ear when stood next to the rig, which is tiring for those near it. I am looking to raise the tops by building another set of 12" reflex boxes above the kicks and under the mid/tops, and cross them between 160ish and maybe 350/400Hz to take the harshness away from the ear and put my mid-tops at a nicer level.
My question is what would be suitable 12" drivers for this sort of work?
