I visited Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, central London this afternoon.

As it was free to get in I thought it would be interesting to hear various speaker configurations of different makes on the attractions and stages, many of them in an open air environment.

I was rather surprised that there were a large number of speakers deployed (easily over 100 in different sizes) that were clearly made by one manufacturer, and deployed by one "systems integrator", that had no markings on them at all.

There were even circular speakers there giving 360 degree coverage, along with some full size concert boxes, all made I think by the same unknown manufacturer.

I would describe the speakers as looking very 1970's, brown in colour with old school heavy duty mesh grills.

The type that particularly caught my eye looked a bit like a small version of the old ATC 2 x 12" angled mid, if anybody on here remembers them.

I will take a guess that they each used two 8" coaxial drivers angled at maybe 45 degrees to each other.

The boxes cant have been more than 40cm wide x 25cm high x 20cm deep.

I was really impressed with the coherence and output from these boxes.

Does anybody on here know anymore about these speakers and who was doing the job?
