Hello Guys.
Been looking at the BPH 238 plans and found some odd measurements in it. Had a go with making a new version and came very very close to the original. Biggest angel difference is something like 0.2 degrees, and biggest length difference is about 0,5mm. Guess that OK to go? :) I am using Autodesk Inventor, and i have tried everything to make it the same, but i just cant. There must be some mistake in the original plan? Something i dont get, is the angles in the front chamber. 60 degrees angle from the baffle, on one side. 58,89 degrees on the other side. But thats how the plan is... My version here: https://imgur.com/a/PEary6S Well, dont think that has anything to say in real life :) But what about that service hatch. Original has the hatch on the back and driver mounted on the outside of the chamber. But would it be an idea to move it around to the chamber side, and mount the driver from the inside of the chamber? And maybe make the baffle double thickness? I know it will eat up a little of the chamber volume, but if i use Neo drivers, i get some back there :D Best regards Frank

Beautifully done.... quick question. What's the box width? You have depth and night, I just can't see the width.
And many many thanks for the great upload my friend. |

Its not completly done yet, but i will be making a complete plan with all measurements. Should be done in a couple of days 🙂
Total width of a single cab will be 427,5mm. A double cab will be 840mm. As soon as I am done with the plan, i will post it. Maybe somebody can use it also 🙂
