Hi Guys

after some help here.

quoting on installing subs in a bar.  they ideally want subs that flown from existing rigging.  even 12" subs would be fine.

can anyone suggest small sub that may work while up in the air.  I have seen Bose subs high up on walls several times in bars   not sure if they are designed to be installed like that or if it was needs musts -)

any advice welcome

thanks

John

If you really must and using 12" drivers try to load them into the very corners of the bar to maximise output and strain the amp and driver the least.

EQ to taste.

If it sounds like a gorilla is trying to escape, turn it down.

Take a look at the Martin Audio SX110, CSX112, or the BlacklineX210...

All flyable, sure one of them will fit your requirements.

Turbosound has some very neat install-oriented subs that have a ridiculous bang-for-buck ratio. For your application the TCS110B and TCS212B could be intesting. They have integrated M10 rigging points and both Speakon as barrier strip connectors. I think the 10" one is like £300-£350 retail or something, and buying price at a dealer/importer is much less depending on your discount. Now that is a pricelevel where you couldn't even start buying the wood yourself, lol LOL

TCS-series quick start guide:
