They were/are used by JBL in that configuration so I know they would work.  Worth further consideration.

they aren't quite as sensitive as the other drivers suggested, and still quite heavy. high Le isn't great either. sell them and put the money toward a more suitable driver.

first time I read this I thought it said 15G40. The 15G450 is a much better driver for this application.

Looks like I can try both with Beyma 15G450 and JBL 2226 now. The inner volume of the cab is 145 litres not counting minus for magnets, braces and so on. All JBL cabs with 2226H seems bigger or am I wrong?

Would JBL 2226H play good in this smaller cabs? They are pretty handy for being dual 15" cabs even if changing out the Delta 15LFA to beyma G450 or JBL 226H would add some weight.

The 2226 still pretty expensive second hand but is it really still a good driver nowdays backing up its price?

I now see it was Beyma  15G400 I have not 15G450. But they seem really quite similair?

Would the 15G400 work just as good as the 15G450?

Now I have some Beyma SM115/N what do you guys think of this driver for my cabs?

My options are:

JBL 2226H
Beyma 15G400
Beyma SM115/N

Now this is the drivers I have and have tested. Its hard for my ears to really hear the difference. All of them sound fuller and smoother then the Delta 15 LFA that sound kind of harsh and thin compared to all those other three drivers.

JBL 2226H
Beyma 15G400
Beyma SM115/N

Which one would you guys go for? I need to sell the other ones.

The Beyma SM115/N are cheaper driver than the others and also only have a 3" VC. But I dont know if that matters in this configuration.

We can do some voting which ones to use.. :)
