Is there an acceptable level of dc at speaker outputs from an amplifier, or is any an indication of a faulty amp?

I would expect any half good amp to have <0.1v DC at the output. Bit of a random definition maybe but it works for me. Closer to 0 the better obviously.

Anything more than this and I would consider it  bad design or a fault.
