https://www.amazon.co.uk/16AMP-2-5mm-Arctic-Cable-Splitter-Blue/dp/B076FYBSQR/ref=sr_1_26?crid=3N6QDYYIMYLOB&keywords=32+amp+socket&qid=1552052946&s=gateway&sprefix=32+amp%2Caps%2C154&sr=8-26

Keep seeing splitters like this for sale but surely this is an accident waiting to happen?

Nothing to protect 16A rated sockets from seeing 32A?

Am I missing something?

Not sure how they achieved IP44 with two cables coming out of the back of one plug either.

Maybe it has a special safeT load sensing and limiting gromit...
Keep pushing on, things are gonna get better.
