So I just re did my system yet again and now when the radio comes on my subs go into insane bass mode that is completely uncontrollable any ideas

Figured it out it was a combo of my radio dying and my amp slowly imploding

Good then. Imploding radio and exploding amp at the same time can create a black hole.

I remmember once when i had installed a system in a car where the sub amp sampled a high level signal off the rear speakers, problem was when the gain was turned up on the sub amp the system would feed back low frequencys from sub to the rear speakers as they shared the same boot space.
