Ho
In a couple weeks l'm providing sound for a trailer, need to power a couple lab fp+ 10000q, one lab1200, dsp and dj console. I asked for an inverter based generator like honda eu 70i, but have been offered this. 11kw diesel silenced, pramac p11000. I am providing sound for free as it is for a good cause, but don't want to risk my gear, so, would you trust this type of generator? |

+1 on Pramac, local plant hire bunch have got a nice 6KVA from same range, and it is the best 6KVA I have used.
Far better than the HSS naff stuff, quieter and drinks far less fuel. I would rate them above stephill too, mostly due to noise and low thirst. Diesel sets are also more dependable than petrol, and tend to be more stable in terms of frequency and voltage. Also, diesel is a far safer fuel to be playing with. Fart near petrol and it goes poof, you actually have to make quite an effort to ignite diesel. |
