Rest of PC is ASUS Sabretooth + FX8350 + SSD(one of the earlier ones), only 8GB Corsair Vengeance(https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/2K8AAOSwnvdc0IkB/s-l400.jpg)

Just so you know a "cut and paste" of specs on here makes you a bout as close to intellectually dead as you can get.

You have a home brew budget PC, it doesn't work, I suggest bang another PSU in (based on most free market PSUs are complete crap), just something I note as look at the £100ks worth of kit that reports back to one of my screens (each cost more than your entire pc) when I diag non-hp worksations I first slam a £23 GPU in, a known good PSU and leave everthing else un-plugged, they usually pull up.

I then smash their GPU back in, again they usually pull up.

Then they HDDs and other bits..

I then fit a decent PSU and charge them a bit for time ( most times  mates so 4X St.Rongbow) and cost of bits. If they care I sell them a Sandisk SSd and ghost their C drive to it.

Your kit is screwed, take some advise, but NEVER cut and paste any spec unless you want to laughed at..

Kinda Been there, Kinda done that, YOU COULDN'T handle my bar bill!

Do you have some links to the correct lists of power supplies?
Sorry but serwer pc's are not my type. I dont need gigabits of data sweep ram, cpu, ethernet, sata. Budget-wise strongest PCs for physics calculations stand on supercomputers of shitloads of weak machines. I have slightly different situation though.

You don't need a "correct" PSU, you just need one that works - if indeed that is the problem. You spend more, you get reliability. But for now even a relatively cheap affair that can boot up and run your system will do for trouble shooting. If an el cheapo gets you up and running then you can consider whether it is buying something proper.

Personally I don't care much, I will use mid-level stuff all day because my home PC is just for shits and giggles and every bit of important data is backed up. If it dies, I'll fix it.

Well at least you got something to keep you going when pornhub goes down.

I keep a 1000W Coolermaster on the bench for test work, it does matter about the brand, I just use to rule out (or in PSU probs) I just cheap ones in general a I except they fail and would sooner swap out a £50 one three times than blow up the £400 ones..
