Wonder why no one mentioned the CAudio SR707 if the 5050 was no good...
Just my 2 pence worth. As much as I like old amps, I wouldnt want to use the cs1000 on sub, when there are better alternatives at similar prices. Some time ago, a mate and myself ran 8 scoops off 4 x sr707 each bridged into a pair of scoops and it was devastating. In quite a big old building people were complaining of having dust in their beer.

C Audio SR 707 indeed is a beast of an amplifier, but because of the weight and the age of the amplifier plus the lack of mainteinance over years..most of them are proper done and people run from them....me on the other hand i wish to get my hands on one of them top of that...the almost lack of lateral fets nowdays and the price of one...makes you think twice before you buy a SR 707
