is it because there are irregular shapes? they're really not a complicated plan. a lot of people use software like https://www.maxcutsoftware.com/ to make sheet layouts.

you won't be able to get the correct p-audio sn15mb these days. i built a pair years ago and they're better use as a pair of tops on stands than they are as monitors on the floor. so you'd be as well off building simpler tops probably as a start. and maybe have a look around for some more modern plan with available drivers. (i'm not sure what's around these days).

but yes. a pair of full range kinda tops like these are a good place to start.
