I have two B2520PROs and a B1800XP.
The B2520PROs are passive cabinets @4ohms with 550w RMS and 2200w peak, and the B1800XP is an active subwoofer. My current plan is to run the B2520PROs to an XLS 1502, which puts out 2x 775w RMS @2ohms before DSP. Then from the XLS to a mixing board to my laptop, and my B1800XP directly to the mixing board. However, I'm confused about mixing board outputs. When shopping, I only see boards with one stereo output, but don't I need one stereo output and a mono output for my subwoofer? Does my wiring plan make sense? If so, what mixing boards should I look into? Thanks for the help!

Will the b1800 not take a L & R, then sum in box?

You need to take left and right outputs from the mixer into the b1800 left and right inputs, then use the left and right outputs from the b1800 into the amplifier for the top speakers.

OK, I think I got it.
B2520s -> Amp -> B1800XP -> Mixer -> Laptop

You'll have a pair of 2x15" mains, and a single 18" sub. I'd seriously consider moving to: 2x 12" mains 2-4x 18" subs. Much better balanced, and better sound quality. 2x15+HF boxes only sound good if they have a really good compression driver. The Behringer units you've mentioned do not. Chris

Apart from the direction of the arrows, yes - A-OK.

Funny.. that was my thought to. It's always helpful to think of connections from source to destination not the other way around.

No need for the Y adapter. B1800XP has two inputs A & B and two outputs, inputs are combined internally.

I want to thank all of you: in one day, I've received more help on this forum than I've been able to get from reddit in two weeks.
