The WASP WWS650 was the model I’d been looking at so good to hear it’s easy to use.

Yeah labels seem to be a bit of a pain with all the different sizes needed. Ideally I’d just like to print straight from current rather than design in an external program and copy the barcode data into each item individually in the system.

I print direct from current with a rhino printer, it can do various sizes and we bought label supplies in a number of sizes but I generally use 33 x22mm for everything and trim them down for smaller stuff.

Its a good idea to put more than one barcode on each item so you don't have to go hunting for it when you want to scan, or if one gets damaged. Don't get two different barcodes on the same item...
Keep pushing on, things are gonna get better.

We went from RD to it's big brother HireTrack. We haven't really found anything that it doesn't do yet. Main differences to most other products now is it is local not in the cloud. You may or may not like that.

What I like is you pay for it, and you own it. That was my theory with Rentaldesk from day one. It was something like £200 and I ran it for 10 years.

Support from Navigator is fantastic, the guys really know there stuff and get back to you straight away.
