Got this amp given to me. Tryna ng to use it or monster bass guitar amp. It’s locked. What to do? Please and thank you

Thank you. No haven’t seen a manual. My tech buddy got it and it wouldn’t power up and he replaced a capacitor and it comes on now. But its locked. We tried holding the buttons and the software but it’s requiring a password.
