For App control you need the E model yes.

The Behringer may do more, but is it stuff you want or need in this application? The Cloud is designed specifically for the job you described, but only you know the real details of the job.
Keep pushing on, things are gonna get better.

as above, the non-e model is controllable via RS232, the e model has a built-in web server and is controllable via an app…

....it all depends on your application.

I have one. It has six aux outs but be aware they are TRS so you may need TRS to XLR cables.
