Hi All,
1. Looking for advice on a suitable service or shop to possibly re-cone 3 18" drivers. The drivers themselves are of different brands Mckenzie/Celestion. I'm not looking to spend huge amounts (realistically <£50 per unit) and really must be London based. Any advice or pointers? 2. I'm also looking to sell my beloved mini scoops x4 "Unloaded", (and keep my PD 1850's) sorry speakerplans but not interested in using ebay..... is Facebooks Rig-Resale the most suitable option? Not looking to break any forum rules either as SP has been really great for me in the past. Regards Sam |

Hi there... to be honest I never considered that.
In essence the drivers would not really be worth £100 - working so spending more than £50 would not make sense would it? Thanks for your response. |

Rmj loudspeakers will recone these for you. Price will be more than you have said I'd imagine as it's not too realistic a figure! Also not London based but shipping isn't too big a deal.
What model McKenzie do you have? |

Hi lag thanks for the response -
RMJ I am aware of and the recone kit and shipping costs would make it too expensive for me... I will check the Mckenzie model numbers and note it here. Many Thanks
